The short version. We collect the account details you give us and the quotes and net sheets you create, so the app can work and so we can respond when you contact us or place an order. We do not sell your personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. You can delete your account and its data at any time from inside the app.

1. Who This Covers

This policy explains how Cloud Title LLC ("Cloud Title," "we," "us") handles personal information in the Title Quote mobile application and its web version at quote.cloudtitle.com (together, the "App"). The App is a separate product from the cloudtitle.com corporate website, and this policy governs the App only.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect precise location, contacts, health data, browsing history on other sites, or advertising identifiers. The App contains no third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

3. How We Use Information

To operate the App: authenticate you, calculate estimates, and store your history
To deliver documents you ask us to send (for example, emailing a quote or net sheet PDF to a recipient you specify)
To respond to support requests and to process title orders you place
To maintain security, prevent abuse, and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not use it to build advertising audiences.

4. Service Providers

We share information only with vendors that operate the App on our behalf, under contract, and only as needed to provide the service:

Supabase — secure database, authentication, and file storage
Resend — delivery of transactional email (password resets and the PDFs you send)
Vercel — hosting for the web version of the App
Apple — app distribution through the App Store and TestFlight
GoHighLevel and Zoho Desk — our customer relationship and support systems, so we can respond to you and manage your requests

We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger or sale of our business, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this policy.

5. What We Never Do

We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

6. Data Security

Connections to the App are encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Data is stored in access-controlled databases with row-level security policies that restrict each account to its own records. Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing and are never visible to us. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information using commercially reasonable safeguards.

7. Data Retention and Your Choices

We keep your account information and saved records while your account is active.

Delete individual records: remove any saved quote or net sheet from the History screen.
Delete your entire account: open the App, go to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, saved quotes, net sheets, orders, and login credentials. This action cannot be undone.
Access or correction: you can view and update your profile in the App, or email us for help.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — such as requesting a copy of your data, correction, deletion, or the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws). To exercise them, contact us at the address below.

8. Children

The App is intended for real estate professionals and their clients and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide notice within the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
